a) Activating Knowledge

To activate knowledge, ask more general questions that could be answered by someone who's been keeping up with the news around the topic of the documentary You could ask questions like (correct answers are bold):.

  1. Which industry do you think is the second-most polluting industry in the world?
    A: Oil   B: Fashion  C: Cars  D: Travel

  2. Which segment of the fashion industry has the most regard for the environment?
    A: high-end fashion (e.g. Chanel)   B: middle segment-fashion (e.g. River Island)  C: low-segmet fashion (e.g. Primark)   D: None of the above

b) Quizzing Key Points

To quiz key points, ask questions that are specifically about the documentary and correct answers can be found in the documentary. You could ask questions like (correct answers are bold):
